Tokyo Joe's Dilemma!

Quote  |  Reply

Hey all! So, today for lunch me and the boyfriend went to Tokyo Joe's. I ordered the kid's meal = chicken teriyaki with brown rice, a chocolate milk & a cute little chocolate chip cookie. As soon as I got home, I went online to get the nutritional information and all they had were the facts for the regular-sized meals ... they didn't even have info on the cookies! (OR the milk! LOL)

So, my question-- how do I figure out how much I ate? Do I just take the info from the regular-sized meals and cut it in half?? And about the cookie, while I was eating it, I noticed the ingredients (but no calorie facts) on the wrapping. They used wheat flour, pure butter, pure brown sugar, etc -- basically nothing "fake" if you know what I mean. I just put down a regular Subway cookie on my food log, but I'd like to be more exact next time, you know?

Any ideas?
