ugh, its my tom, first day is always the worse. but i've promised myself that i would fit in 3 workouts this week. on stage 2, stage 1 was a disaster for me, i could just never workout 3 times a week due to stupid things getting in the way. so im doing it on stage 2 come hell or hi water (i think thats the expression). anyone else struggle with this? im gonna buy those sticky heating things, hopefully that will help.
Hope you feel better. Sometimes a good workout gets you past the worst of the discomfort. Sometimes you just have to say ****it, I'll work out tomorrow. Start the routine and see how you feel. Starting is more than half the battle for me.
thanks. oh yes i hear ya. starting is actually usually the full battle for me & it can get ugly. but ill go & see how i feel. i keep having to say, 'at least im not preggers'
I completely agree! If I can just get myself started I'm fine! I'm dealing with that right now actually...I just got home from work, sat down, and now I can't get up. I skipped yesterday though 'cause I had the same problem so it can't happen today! I have to get up and do it!!!

I did it!! I was so happy! I have to be honest, it wasn't the best workout I've ever had, but at least I wasn't sitting on the couch! You guys are all doing great! You motivate me!
Those lil portable heating pads are one of the greatest inventions ever they are a godsend when I'm at work. Good job ladies on working through Tom, I call him Fred though lol.
