| 6 | fresh tomato |
| 6 | garlic cloves, roasted |
| 4 | ounce milk |
| 1 | basil |
- peel & seed tomato & place into a pot. Using an imersion blender, puree the tomatoes.
- roast garlic in foil and squeeze into tomato mixture.
- slowly blend in milk until smooth.
- salt, pepper & basil to taste.
