Tomato Basil Soup Recipe

Quick tasty soup

Ingredients
6 fresh tomato
6 garlic cloves, roasted
4 ounce milk
1 basil
Directions
  1. peel & seed tomato & place into a pot. Using an imersion blender, puree the tomatoes.

  2. roast garlic in foil and squeeze into tomato mixture.

  3. slowly blend in milk until smooth.

  4. salt, pepper & basil to taste.
