Tomato and Basil Soup Recipe

Ingredients
70 ml Water
100 g Tomatoes
1/2 Onion
1/4 clove of Garlic
1 tsp Basil
1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
  1. Chop and saute onion in olive oil

  2. Add tomatoes, herbs and garlic

  3. Blend mixture and return to pan

  4. Add seasoning

  5. Bring to the boil then simmer for a few minutes
