Tomato cucumber mushroom salad with white vinegar, crushed garlic, and basil. No oil keeps this recipe very low fat.

Ingredients
1 tomato
1/2 cucumber
2 mushrooms
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp water
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp basil
1 tsp garlic
Directions
slice tomato, cucumber, mushrooms and combine in bowl with rest of ingredients. Enjoy!
