Tomato, Pepper & Cucumber Salad Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup tomatoes, diced
1 cup peppers, sweet, diced
1 cup cucumbers, diced
1/2 cup onions, red, sliced
3 tbs parsley, fresh, minced
1/4 tsp salt
4 tbs lemon juice
1/2 tsp sugar
Directions
  1. Dissolve the salt and sugar in the lemon juice and toss with the vegetables.

  2. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
