1 1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
8 oz 100% Liquid Egg Whites
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Directions:- Mix flour, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg together in a bowl and set to the side.- In a separate, larger bowl mix’ egg whites, pumpkin puree, stevia, applesauce, coconut oil and almond extract.- Gradually stir in the combined dry ingredients until’ they are just blended. Do not over mix.- Pour batter into muffin cups about 2/3 of the way full and place in muffin tray.-’ Bake for 25 to 30
