I am 6'2" and 285 lbs. This has to change. The big change for me came when I tried to keep up with my son on a hike. I am NOT happy being this large. It must change.

I am trying to swim everyday. I am trying to get fit in general and not just diet. I am trying to implement a lifestyle change.

I'm at a similar place. I didn't want to diet I wanted to make a permanent change in my habits and lifestyle.

Started eating different as well changing my activities.

I'm now jogging twice a week as well as doing sit-ups/pushups/pull-ups every morning.

I feel much better!!!

So far to go though...

Yeah I am swimming at the local YMCA 3 to 5 times per week. It is hard to get started, but I feel much better as well!
