Top Ten things you eat the most often...
Usually people get into habits of eating the same thing over & over again...these are the top ten things that I eat all the time...
1. Raw Mushrooms
2. Raw Broccoli
3. Salsa
4. Jello
5. lettuce
6. spicy thai peanut dressing
7. plain yogurt
8. popcorn
9. gum ( I know you don't swallow but I am constantly chewing on it)
10. coffee or crystal light (a beverage but consumed non the less)

1.) Morning star breakfast patties
2.) Morning star veggie patties
3.) banana nut cheerios
4.) egg whites
5.) edamame
6.) salmon
7.) banana
8.) apple
9.) frozen yogurt

1. Cereal of any kind (lately Special K and Oatmeal)
2. Milk
3. Whole wheat bread, almost always toasted
4. Muller Vitality- I need it for regularity
5. Strawberries
6. Blueberries
7. WATER (probably about 9 glasses a day)
8. Lite Cool Whip for my berries :)
9. Meat of ANY kind (I love ALL protein)
10. My nighty-night glass of wine, usually red
11. Anything green (Romaine, peas, spinach...)
Wow this is gonna make me look bad but its the truth! These are the things I have on a daily to weekly basis:
1. Oatmeal w/ craisins
2. Coffee (cream and sugar)
3. Frappuccinos (bottled) or iced mochas
4. Chocolate anything, cake, cookies
5. Grilled Chicken/Chicken sandwiches
6. Green Peppers & Onions
7. Granola or Nutrigrain bars
8. Plain bagel
9. Sushi
10. Panera
(eleven would be ice cold american light beer, can't cut all my indulgences out of my diet!)

Top ten things I eat regularly (in the last two months, anyway):
- Peanut butter
- Oroweat Honey Wheatberry bread (fav for 20+ years)
- Walnuts
- Fresh fruit in season (Bananas, Blueberries, Strawberries, Pineapple, Mexican Papaya, Mango, Cherries, Grapes…)
- Tofu
- Fruit smoothies w/ GoLean protein powder, w/ frozen and fresh fruit
- Veggies in season: Lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, asparagus, artichokes, carrots…)
- Beans
- Amy’s Organic Vegetarian Indian entrees (yum!)
- My current vice: WW Mint Choc Chip Premium Ice Cream Cups (the *contents* of the cups, that is)
Good question!Maybe it's cheating to group the fruits and veggies into two items, but if I didn't my top ten would likely all be fruits, as I eat at least one big fresh fruit salad every day.

Banana - usually one every day
EAS Myoplex protein shake - usually 1/2 serving every day
Benefiber - usually 1 serving every day
Gelatin - usually 1 serving every day
Fat-Free Plain Yogurt - usually 1 serving every day
Oatmeal - one serving frequently but not every day
Coffee - half a pot pretty much every day
Salad - Lettuce, Tomato, Cucumber, Avocado, Spinach
Protein - Boca, Chicken breast, tuna, almonds
Fruit - Apples, Kiwi, Oranges, Cranberries, Grapes, Raisins, Plums, Pineapple

Raw fruits. Apples the most at the moment. Than depending what is in season
The last on my list is goats cheese, as I have it less often than the rest.

Lol. This is honestly pretty much the only stuff I eat. I vary fruit as much as possible. And the flavor of chocolate LOL.
