Usually people get into habits of eating the same thing over & over again...these are the top ten things that I eat all the time...

1. Raw Mushrooms

2. Raw Broccoli

3. Salsa

4. Jello

5. lettuce

6. spicy thai peanut dressing

7. plain yogurt

8. popcorn

9. gum ( I know you don't swallow but I am constantly chewing on it)

10. coffee or crystal light (a beverage but consumed non the less)

1) broccolli / tomatoes

1) raisin toast with ricotta and jam

3) yoghurt

4) oatmeal

5) soy milk - flavoured and plain

6) apples / bananas / blueberries

7) natural crunchy peanut butter

10) its not a food but I drink like 5 glasses of green tea a day!

v8 juice

:D  It has to be.  I snack constantly. Don't let it fool you, I eat a lot of foods that are calorie dense, too.

I noticed several people put those Tofu Shirtaki noodles. I've heard of them, but am a bit skeptical. Are they really good or do they taste funny?

 That's not so bad....the chocolate cake, coffee with cream and sugar, and frapps are what I'm assuming you're referring to as "bad", but if you do it in moderation, it's fine! You can't deprive yourself of everything. If you did you'd never stick with your 'diet'.

10. Go ahead bars - SO GOOD. Obviously biscuits are bad but my mum always takes one so two bars are a very satisfying snack!!

 

EDIT: AND LOTS O SUSHI AND BENTO BOXES! YOM YOM!

Aw... re: post #79, I think it's uber-manly when a dude can admit he loves to eat bento box meals :) It makes me happy!
