Usually people get into habits of eating the same thing over & over again...these are the top ten things that I eat all the time...

1. Raw Mushrooms

2. Raw Broccoli

3. Salsa

4. Jello

5. lettuce

6. spicy thai peanut dressing

7. plain yogurt

8. popcorn

9. gum ( I know you don't swallow but I am constantly chewing on it)

10. coffee or crystal light (a beverage but consumed non the less)

Now, if we were talking about the top ten things I wish were healthy so I could everyday it would be a whole different story.

    1) Fruit (mostly bananas, but alot of peaches and strawberries now aswell)

    2) Soy milk (plain & chocolate) and almond milk (unsweetend vanilla & chocolate)

    3) Organic, fat-free Liberte vanilla yogurt

    4) Nuts (mostly natural almonds)

    5) Spinach (mostly baby spinach)

    6) Organic old fashioned oats

    7) Kashi GoLEAN Crunch! cereal

    8) Organic brown rice

    9) Tomatoes

    10) Chicken (breast, thigh, nuggets, etc.)

    Other honorable mentions:

    Ezekiel english muffins, Organic peanut butter, ZenSoy chocolate pudding
