Top Ten things you eat the most often...
Usually people get into habits of eating the same thing over & over again...these are the top ten things that I eat all the time...
1. Raw Mushrooms
2. Raw Broccoli
3. Salsa
4. Jello
5. lettuce
6. spicy thai peanut dressing
7. plain yogurt
8. popcorn
9. gum ( I know you don't swallow but I am constantly chewing on it)
10. coffee or crystal light (a beverage but consumed non the less)

6. sprouted or whole wheat bread and bagels
7. eggs
8. shortbread cookies
9. apples and strawberries/blueberries
10. dark chocolate
1. Peanut butter
2. Triscuits

4. Yogurt (usually 3%)
5. Granola/energy bars (Clif, Lara, Kashi, BioProtein...)
6. Lean meats-- Chicken, steak, lean beef (my brother's a bodybuilder so we have this like every day...)
7. Bananas & apples
8. Broccoli & carrots with hummus
9. CHEEEEEEESE
10. milk
1. Chicken Breast (I'm allergic to beef, pork is too fatty, and fish is expensive, so I eat chicken pretty much every day, if not every meal.)
2. Egg Whites
3. Tomatoes (in salad, on sandwiches, plain, thrown in with almost anything I cook)
4. Apples
5. Oroweat Double Fiber bread or english muffins. (I love this bread, I never get anything else)
6. Joe's O's (Trader Joe's version of Cheerios) with milk and a little sugar.
7. Broccoli (also thrown in with almost anything I cook).
8. Rice (white, unfortunately. I bought a 20 lb. bag of it before I realized how much better for you brown rice is, and I'm still waiting for it to get used up.)
9. Low Carb-High Fiber tortillas
10. Olive oil (doesn't really count as a food all by itself, but I use it for everything except stir fry)

10. Sourdough bread
