Any Torontonians who are interested in sharing their challenges, interests and experiences of weight gain/loss/maintenance. Being healthy required motivation and dedication which is often difficult to do on our own. In Toronto, its harder to be active, but there are ways to stay healthy, whether it's by eating healthy, joining a gym, or doing indoor sports. We all want to eat chocolates and all the greasy food. This can all be done if we do it in moderation. The key is to set small goals and push yourself harder. Welcome and have fun!
