ugh. i had to rant about this one.
did workout A on monday. then got wisdom tooth removed tues. dentist told me not to do any strenous exercise for a week. so i did nothing Tues-Friday.
today and tomorrow i will do 30 min of cardio on the treadmill. maybe some incline intervals, maybe a bit of jogging in there...
BUT yesterday was the worst eating day ever for me. i feel so gross right now.
first off- no breaky cuz there was no time (had to go into the big city for a business meeting) then ate Indian Butter Chicken with rice and naan for lunch....
THEN had chinese for dinner (won ton chips, pineapple chicken, beef chow mein)
THEN ate a snickers and one peanut butter cup...
EWWWW. this morning im starting off with a good breaky, and will continue on I guess...
Just needed to purge how i was feeling on here...

Don't be so hard on yourself! You are doing great - working out and eating well most of the time! Consider it your one week off from exercise and don't weigh for a couple days. Every time I eat chinese, I gain 2 pounds of water the next morning from all the sodium. Then it goes away the day after! It is good to eat alot once in a while ![]()

I dont weigh myself- I dont have a scale and I'm keeping it that way.
I can tell things are going well by the way my pants fit- and I fit back into my size 7 dress pants as of this week- so that makes me happy.
Is jump roping as good an exercise as running?
