I can totally have brownies! No-Pudge Brownie Mix
No-Pudge Brownie Mix (http://www.nopudge.com/)!!
Put mix in bowl, add 1 can of pure 100% pumpkin (not pie filling), OR fat free vanilla yogurt, or diet soda even! Mix well, bake according to box!
There's even a recipe on the box to make single dose fudgy, gooey, chocolate fix; just in case (like me!) you can't be trusted around a tray full of these delicious gems!
I'm sure you've all heard of them, but I found them on hungry-girl.com, and THEN at my Winn-Dixie (grocery store)!!! I was ecstatic!

Their raspberry brownie mix is fantastic, you oughta give that a try next time!
Sounds yummers zooyork81!! Wonder what they would taste like if I mixed in some frozen raspberries into the batter before baking...?? mmmmmmmm, choooocolate....
dcgirl, they have a wonderfully quick 1 brownie recipe on the box... just a Tbsp (I think) of mix, then a tspn (again, can't quite remember), mix til glossy, then pop into the microwave for 1 minute.
1 fluffy, fudgy brownie is served!
Sorry, Erik.... didn't realize the header was offensive... I was just excited. Thanks for the clarification!

red_herring, rejoice for your good fortune regarding Cool Whip, which is an abomination unto food aisles and discerning palates! :-D
And oh, yeah (sorry, got sidetracked), I have a box of No Pudge in my cabinet; never had them before, but will make them soon! Thanks!
No No Pudge for me either I'm in Canada... I'll have to make a shopping list the next time I visit the states.
