I totally overate this weekend....and I DONT CARE
I was a pig all weekend long. We went home and went to see a bunch of our college friends. It was a great time and I loved every minute of it. I went over my calories everyday, (by at least a 1,000). It's two days in the span of the rest of my life. I just wanted to post to say its okay for us to have days that I know I'm going to indulge in life and food and I do not have to freak out about it!

Thank god, sick of the anorexic posts on these forums. Amen.
Me too, are you sure we weren't together?
I don't feel bad about it, I am back on the dieting bandwagon today. I am not stepping on the scale for a few days, though.
Amen, jimbopc. Me too.
Yep! I mean if you freaked out about it you'd have a problem. Or if you did it EVERY weekend.
I have one cheat meal a week - rule is tho I just stop a little before I'm full, no matter what it is. And because its once a week, I dont binge cos its my reward. And I prolly wouldnt go over my cals for the day by 1000, but I work towards it all week. I find now I make healthy choices anyway, it just means i can enjoy myself (especially with rice :D )

I'm totally with you.....I had Mexican saturday night and then yesterday had a run-in with California Pizza Kitchen and Girl Scout Cookies....In the grand scheme of things, I probably gained less than a pound (If that much) and it was DAMN good!! And today it's back to high protein and veggies.....
God love me, I just really enjoy good food!! LOL

lol....Girl Scout cookies were a part of my problem too!
as anorexic and obssesed as i am i still agree with you: 2 days of good binging (eating as much as we like whithout thinking we should stop while we're eating and just stopping when we feel like it) can harm no one, i do it quite often too, no weight change , rock on :P
they should think about making low-fat / fat free girl scout cookies... i fall for them everytime!
Me too, I only feel guilty after if I didnt enjoy the food that was eaten, this weekend was a delicious array of deserts very decadent definitely
I finished off my sister's b-day cookie cake for lunch ^^ I missed frosting. But its amazing, once you satisfy a craving like that, walking past the cookies and chocolate on my table my mom baked before leaving was SO much easier. True story.
