Is there anywhere that anyone knows of that will show the last few days calorie deficit for me?

Right now I have to write down what CC estimates my day's burn will be before I go to bed and do the math based on my calories consumed for the day. I just wondered if it was doing this for me already anywhere.

I don't know if it is, but if someone does, I'd love to hear the answer. Would be great to be able to find out!
Yeah, I would love if it was on a chart like the weight log... but would be happy just to find a log of it.
I created an Excel spread sheet that I use every day. I log my calories in/out and it figures the deficit for me. I also have a daily and weekly weight log in the same workbook. Yeah, I'm a little compulsive about it. But, I think I have to be. I can fix up a blank one for you all and email it to you if you want it. Let me know!
No, it doesn't keep track... I don't worry about it - I just try to keep that deficit as close as possible to 1000 calories, and know that if I've managed that I'll lose weight. It would be great if there was an extra column in the analysis to record the burn or deficit, but sadly they didn't think of including one.
tanya - that would be awesome... I just really thought there would be something on here to do it since everything else seems to be tracked automatically.
kaj - that was where I kept looking for it, was in the analysis or logs area.
I posted a link to download that spreadsheet in my journal if anybody else wants it. Happy losing!

What might be helpful is if it would measure change in BMI (which I realize can be calculated and is ONLY a function of height and weight) and/or if it could have a place to put body fat percentage estimates and track that.

Or maybe changes in resting heart rate, or cholesterol count or heart rate recovery.  There are so many ways to estimate healthfulness other than just the weight...  Sometimes the scale doesn't respond, so you need to be able to see benefit elsewhere (in stuff that really does matter in the long run, which for me, when it gets down to it isn't whether or not I fit in a smaller size) in order to stay motivated.

I'm sort of a nerd for data though...

Dris,

Here is a site that tracks alot what you were looking for.

I log weight, BP, Heart rate on this site but CalorieCount.com helps a lot more.

http://www.weighttracker.info/content/tracker /main.asp

The estimate Goal dates on Weighttracker.com are way more accurate and if you link to the View/Email/Weight log report it tracks BMI.

I'm sort of a nerd for data though...

Me too ... I have created extra spreadsheets to track/gragh that make it more "real" when I can see it on paper.

If you are a data-nerd - Tanya's spreadheet is really awesome.
