Tracking my water
Hi!
Just wondering if anyone has any tips on tracking your water intake. It would be great if CC had a check-box type interface for logging my water.

I refill a gallon container in the evening before bed (actually have 2) and just make sure that it's gone by the end of the day. I know they make those little cutesy mini water-dispensers that resemble a big cooler but I never saw need for the extra cost. When I was trying to increase my intake (when I quit soda) I just moved to a 16oz cup so I didn't feel like it was so much.
I think that's a really cool idea!
Tracking water intake would keep me more conscious about my goal to quit soda. Otherwise, yeah having a particular re-usable bottle you use and knowing how many times you fill it is the best way I've come across.
Maybe the CC brains will see this thread and develop a water tracker!
I too would love to have a Water Log on CC as well as a Food Log, Activity Log and Weight Log. I can count in my head, but it'd be nice to not have to!!!
I'd also like a water counter! It'd be nice to track what days I met my goal and what days I didn't and see if there was a trend.

I have just been logging my water in ounces, i have a water bottle that has markings so i just typed in water under my food log. This might be good to do until CC gets a water tracker! =) HTH
