Translate Italian

I am a fan of Ivan Basso who is racing this week in Tirreno-Adriatico,  His comments are mostly in Italian.  Can anyone translate or know of a website that will translate sentences?

Un saluto dal pulman della liquigas.. Tappa molto impegnativa ..

That sort of worked.  Neither site translated Pulman which is assume is a motor-coach or impegnativa, I don't know what that means.

My italian is basic but I think he says, Hi, the first stage was very challenging, now we are on the way to stage 2 of the TA 177km.

Duplicate.

Pulman means bus - so it'll be we are on the bus on the way to stage 2 of the TA 177km

Yeah, the sites are usually pretty crap but generally gives you an idea of what it says so you can piece it together.

 A greeting from the pulman of the bottled gas..  It plugs very binding.. 

..  I am on the pulman to go the departure of 2 stage of the YOU 177km.. 

These are the two translations I got.  Excited makes a lot more sense than "binding plugs".  Often they refer to a stage as "nervous" in English.  Especially an opening stage like he was referring to yesterday.

 Well, sunnybra translated it as "challenging" which also makes sense. 

challenging would be most accurate for a one word translation

Todays stage has ended and Ivan has this to say:

Anche oggi tappa difficile. Come ieri grandissimo agonismo ho cercato di pedalare nelle prime posizioni nel finale di corsa.ciao!!

which I think means:

Today's stage was also difficult. As yesterday it was great agony.  I have tried to pedal near the first positions (or front of the group) at the end of course.  Ciao!
