I live on the "road". My job requires me to be on the road 3-4 days a week. I have no problem staying in my healthy eating mode when I am at home but when I get on the road it goes to all hell.
My body is in good mode for 2-3 days and then crazy road mode for 3-4 days and then back to good and so on.
Does anyone have any ideas how I can level this out - places to eat - what to eat etc.

You need my 'Joan Collins Diet'.. (or you can pick your international mega-star diva of choice)
My theory is that Joan and other divas are constantly travelling, in and out of one hotel or another, parties, premieres, film-shoots, or subjected to outside catering of some description. And how does she stay so slim and svelte? Answer.... by being an awkward & uncompromising old broad, that's how.
So here are my top tips for the Joan Collins Diet
- When you're eating out be mega-fussy. Divas choose their eateries carefully and send things back that aren't exactly how they want them. No dressing on that salad!!! Get the skin off that chicken!!!! You think I look this good eating white bread?!!!... Get it out of my sight!!
- Do not take the words 'all you can eat' literally. Divas do not trough their way through the buffet bar but eat daintily.... at least in public places.
- Stay at places with gyms or pools and use them. Get your designer trainers and your tracksuit on and work that diva booty.
- Divas don't eat junk in the street.... heaven forfend! You never know when the paparazzi will leap out at you and you wouldn't want to find yourself in some tabloid with the caption 'hasn't she let herself go?'

Figure out what type of eater you are and you might just find the answer to permanent weight loss.
