Can having the incline set to 10.0 on a treadmill help my your butt get bigger?

it would certainly work the gluteus maximus more, resulting in a toned butt.....as long as u run frequently.
I'm not a runner. I usually walk for 45 minutes with it inclined.
i run and i run at 2.5 incline. is that too little for running?
Be sure you are accustomed to the incline. When I first started on the treadmill I thought i was doing so great on an incline, but ended up injuring my achillies, and I don't think I went higher than 6.
I ended up with achillies tendonitis and had to lay off the eliptical/treadmill and stairs for about 1 1/2 months, and go to physio cause it wasn't getting better. I'm super cautious now cause I don't want that pain again, and I don't want to have to use the bike for that long again. Just increase your incline a bit each week. Who knows though, you might not have the same problem as me....

yes it does work. this chick i know runs about 40-60mins on incline 15, and speed 4.0... since 6 months ago, its definately been becoming much more toned. i do it too actually.. but when i do it I switch from the walk, then down to incline 5, and run (about every 5 minutes)..
but yea, if your lookin for a booty to shake at the club, incline 15 at a good speed is the way to go.
