Treat Meal!
Ok, I eat healthy all week but... I need one day to treat myself or it causes me to binge.
Any delicious yummmmmmy meals you find satisfing?

I'd definitely second some Indian food. My fave is chana saag, with some garlic naan, and maybe even an order of vegetable samosas. My biggest vegetarian cheat meal is definitely vegetarian chinese food, though. I'm lucky enough to have a veggie chinese place that makes chinese foods with mock meats (everything from duck to lobster!) and their food is sooo amazing, but not exactly low-calorie friendly. :)
I'd have spaghetti and garlic toast.
Then for dessert walk with a friend to get an ice cream cone or something. (:
Thin crust pizza covered with lots of veggies, particularly red and green peppers, onions, mushrooms, olives, etc etc. I put the pizza under the broiler to crisp the peppers and they are so sweet and crunchy.
Also will second the spaghetti one, I eat it with a couple spoons of salsa which has almost no calories but adds a "bite" to the pasta.
Chef salad with the works, my latest dressing fix is fat free red tomato vinagrette which I thin mix half and half with vinegar (I do all my dressings that way, I just love the tang of vinegar.)
Don't do dessert too often, maybe orange sherbet with fat free CoolWhip piled on top, then I mix it all together like a slushy.

If I am having a cheat meal, it def is going to have something to do with cheese :) Enchiladas maybe? Or a veggie alfredo dish... mac anc cheese.... mmm I heart cheese :) :)

Oh, I heart cheese as well. I make this dish that is a packet of the broccoli/cheddar rice mix cooked, put in a casserole then topped with crumbled tortilla chips and LOTS of cheese. I put it under the broiler until the cheese and chips are cruncy brown. Love it....

I just had a bowl of black/blue/straw/rasp berries with a ton of light cool-whip whipped cream.. It was the bomb..
A HUGE, soft peanut butter and honey sandwich!
Nice soft fresh bread with yummy peanut butter and sweet honey…yummy.
Baked beans or vegan spaghetti on toast would be something you could really sink your teeth into too!
Vegetarian Indian food can be beautiful too, so go for LOADS of juicy flavorsome curries with all that glutinous rice.
I love food. Hah.
