I did have pizza friday (4 slices thin crust) tons of veggies from Donatos and chocolate ice cream for dessert, oh 1 light beer.

Saturday I did pretty good during morning and afternoon( drank lot of water), went for a walk and bike riding, at night went to the baseball game have 2 light beer and a turkey warp for dinner, then went to a bar with friends and boyfriend had a few pita chips with cheese.

Sunday I went to work out 50 minutes cardio burn around 600 cal. Then ate light the rest of day...

ufff was tuff but I didn't gain any weight.. today Im doing well going to work out again later....

My parents served spicy Italian sausage with sauteed peppers and onions for Sunday dinner.  I'm guessing that was about 60 fat grams.  I'm not going to look.

5 cocktails and 4 beers (.8 liter total beer). 

I allowed myself the beer after a hectic day at the dropzone.  We got home around 7.30ish and were ready to call it a night.  Then my husband remembered we'd made plans (ages ago!) to meet some people for "cocktail night" in the next town over.  We hopped on our bicycles and got there just in time.  On the bright side, the ride was 10 km round trip.  A few of those alcohol calories got knocked off!  Yay.

I did something, although it wasn't REALLY bad (at least compared to last weekend).

I went to a friend's house, and totally raided all his fruit.  I can't wait to have a giant property with all kinds of fruit trees.  I'm already a fruit addict, but to be able to just pluck it off a plant and eat it is SO good.

I ate like a billion plums, cherry plums, apples, and blackberries.  I had so much fun using the fruit picker, I just couldn't stop.  I can't wait for the apples to get fully ripe so I can steal a bunch.  I have no idea how many calories I ate, but I'm writing it off since it was just fruit.  ;)

Yes i went crazy on bagels and peanut butter.. and a bunch of other crap.. ughhh part of why i hate weekends :(

On sat I hit this months target weigth so had my melted choclate pancake dip treat on top of my normal healthy eating excercise. This worked out as my weekly maintence day nothing to be guilty about.

But......


Sunday I woke up late for work had to rush out skipping breakfast and forgot to pick up my lunch money so ate nothing until my evening meal. Walked home and was so frustrated with myself and work that I took off to a local shop bougth my usual treat x 2 and drank half a bottle of wine. Then went for pizza, chips and fish later on. About maintence + 2500 eekk

Weekend are a bit of a mental block to me at the best of time but going without food for so long as the last straw.

We went away for the weekend... lots of treats involved and I don't feel guilty about a single one of them! My BIL made a crack about my eating icecream twice in one day when I'd lost so much weight and I was going to gain it all back again, but who cares what he thinks! I didn't have THAT much (two single scoops shared with my husband...)

went out to dinner at this AWESOME cajun place!! was good and ordered the salmon with tomatos and asparagus instead of teh rice....and had a bowl of their delish fresh fruit cobbler...which sounds kinda healthy until i saw it was actual down south cobbler WITH ice cream.....damn it was good :) oh and i had some cocktails this weekend... i find it's so much harder to be good and stay on the diet when there's a lot more free time to lounge and watch tv... i always want to wander to the pantry, but then i find there's nothing really worth munching on... i took care getting that stuff out weeks ago, and my bf who's NOT on a diet takes care of getting ride of those things too!  Wink

Had a family BBQ on Saturday and my aunt brought this delicious apple/boysenberry pie with a crumb topping....had a very small slice with 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream....it was delicious! :)

We went out for Turkish food- and proceeded to eat the whole restaurant (or so it felt)---pita and olive oil, bread with red pepper and olive oil, cucumber/tomato/feta salad, lentil soup, mixed grille consisting of chicken kababs, beef kabobs, lamb kebabs, finishing it off w/ baklava and turkish coffee---oh, and 2 glasses of wine. It was freakin fantastic, and I didn't feel too horribly bad because I ate well the rest of the weekend and I hiked for 1.5 hours Saturday and mountain biked on Sunday

Friday night I ate an entire 12" turkey sub from Quizno's (with cheese and mayo) followed by almost an entire 12" meatball sub from Subway on Saturday (so not worth it).  I didn't log my calories from the weekend until this morning and I was NOT happy!  I guess I told myself that I could stuff myself because I was eating the healthier of the fast foods...might as well have eaten a Big Mac.  I pretty much ruined an entire week of really hard work.  I won't be doing this again...I hope.  Happy Monday!

Oh, and I forgot to mention the 4 Pepsi's that I drank...Grrr!

I went to a friend's house for a poker game.  A couple of diet coke w/bourbon was all I needed to lower my resistance, lol.  I had crackers with cheese, sun chips, taquitos, and chocolate chip cookies.  I just kept munching through the evening. 

I got up Sunday and weighed myself... 5 pounds up from Saturday morning, lol.  I know it's not real, but some of it was still there this morning.  I expect all of it to be gone by Thursday or Friday.  Good thing I have only eaten like that twice in the last 4 months.

I went wayyy over board last week. I had pancakes ,chocolate cake , tons of white rice, ribs, a whole bag of prezels, tortilla chips, gauva pastries, rice pudding, I dont know what came over me i guess everyone has the weeks were you just have to spluge big time good thing is i work out the whole week so i dont feel to bad just gained 1 pound so i know i cant mess up anymore.

fri did really well food wise, but drank a ton of light beer

sat drank again, did well with food except for eating pita chips and hummus at night while drinking

sunday, went out to lunch and ate 4 little square slices of thin crust pizza

 

whatever, I'm over it.  

I went out and had 3 drinks Friday night. I don't normaly do this, luckily I did well enough through out the day that I was over on calories by much. 1 big accomplishment, everytime I used to drink, when I came home I'd either hit up taco bell or mcdonalds, I didn't even have that urge.

Saturday, didn't do to bad. Went to eat with my hubby and instead of the usual fried foods or fatty steak, I got soup and salad and couldn't finish it.

Sunday, great, Went to eat seafood after church and could only eat half my meal, finished it for dinner and had enough calories after ward to eat a small scoop of vanilla ice cream with hot fudge.

All and all the best weekend I've had in months!

I went out of town and ate so wrong this weekend (which is Friday and Saturday here). I weighed in at 188 or so on Friday after my workout (192 when I woke up) and before going to see friends out of town. At Friday lunch had chicken wings appetizer followed by the risotto. Friday dinner had the pecan pie along with a mocha for desert after the way too big steak sandwich. Ate unmeasured number of dates and pumpkin seeds while playing golf. Had three (four, five??) tall glasses of full fruit juice during the weekend. Went out for breakfast with a friend and had the enormo omlet at Johnny Rockets with all the fixings. Oh yeah, at the airport coming home I went for more chicken wings and again unmeasured portion of mixed salted nuts . . . pretty sure I had 2-3 ounces, but cannot be sure. Weighed in on Saturday night at 198 (which is about 3 more than my "weighted average trend weight" per the Hackers Diet excel spread sheet).

I am back on my base eating plan that I used to go from 264 to 194 or so this year.

Was quite good over the weekend, but, on Sunday was really bored so went to the corner store and bought  a chocolate, made my husband share it - not too bad, unfortunately it all went out the window yesterday - had a gruelling interview, so had chocolate to calm my nerves

Went to gym, but oh well, not like it happens every day

On Sunday, I got stuck at a Steak N Shake with my friends after having already eaten. I was only up to 1000cal and I (after having been a waitress in highschool) feel bad taking up a spot without ordering soooomething...

So I got one of those turtle caramel nut sippable sundaes... minus the nuts. I still figure it was around 900cal. My daily allotment is usually 1200! 1500 on weekends, so I was only 400 over, but I still felt guilty about being 200 over my burn... I'd played tennis the day before, so I resolved to pretty much call it even, lol. 

You did a lot better than I did...I was out with some friends, and had a whole large pizza to myself...It's hard to resist the "Hot-N-Readys" from Little Ceasars...and I drank a couple of Cokes to go along with it...I think I went 1000 Calories over that time...

Today though, I'm keeping it light and I went to the gym

monday was my bad day! went to olive garden for dinner with a group of friends and i had like 4 bread sticks ( ew carbs), a wild berry bellini (so sugary), a bowl of minastrone soup (okay not that bad), and got capalini pomadore which is like their healthiest thing which i only ate half of. then we went to handle's for ice cream and to top it off  we had chips and salsa while watching defiantly maybe. i eat so bad sometimes i can't help it and it sucks lol

I'm glad we're all venting, b/c the last few days have been so stressful for me and I've totally fallen off the wagon. My best friend got in a horrible motorcycle accident on Sat. and is still in ICU. I shouldn't use that as an excuse, but I have just been so depressed and upset that I have thrown caution to the wind. Last night I went to an 8:30 dinner with girlfriends at Friday's. We shared chips and spinach artichoke dip, breadsticks, and I had a huge (very tequila filled) cherry margarita. My meal wasn't that bad, kung pao grilled chicken with brown rice, but the appetizers and maragarita were probably a day worth of calories themselves. I left TGI Friday's full and a little buzzed, and then went to sleep. Everything you could possibly do wrong I did. Sigh. I will try to make that a one time splurge, so it's back to the gym today to get my but kicked by my trainer. I am still depressed and quite unmotivated, but I guess life must go on. I cheated like a pig and now I'm back on track..I hope.
