Sorry if this is a stupid question but what EXACTLY is the "trend" on the weight tracking page? Is it what your average weight loss should be according to your current weight loss rate? Just curious....

i don't know the mathematics of it, but it's supposed to factor out water and other day-to-day fluctuations and indicate "real" weight loss or gain.
Your trend is a snap shot of what you are actually accomplishing. It is taken from a certain amount of data points on the graph. I am not sure how many data points it is looking at so it's not really that accurate. Say it was looking back 10 logged weights. It would average them out and determine whether you are trending down in weight, staying steady or trending up. You would actually have to have probably two to three bad weight days just to make the line start going back up. But once again, it all depends on how many data points it is looking at. Hope this helps! I know I love to watch my trend line drop. Doesn't happen fast enough for my taste. =(
