How can I trim the fat from my mid-back?

I am trimming down with cardio and strength-training, but when my arms are at my sides, I still feel the bulge under my arms above the bra line. How can I get rid of that?

Back fat is just the layer of fat under the skin that covers your back. Melt it away by continuing to lose weight through a low calorie diet and by burning calories with exercise. When you workout, be sure to weight-train the muscles of the back, as well as the muscles of your chest, shoulders, midriff, and waist.
