4. Hummus - i'd eat it with veggies and tortilla chips

5. Sliced Apples - plain or baked in the oven with a little bit of diet boke, spray butter, and cinnmon for reall good (and healthier) baked apples

1. Brown Rice- By itself, boiled in water. As a side to my main meal.

2. A bowl of spring mix- With a balsamic vinaigrette spritzer. Maybe with some Morning Star chik'n strips.

3. Peanut butter- Only had this once or twice in my life. Lol. Probably just spread on some toast.

4. Hummus- Tried it. Hated it. Threw it out.

5. Sliced Apples- By themselves, dipped in caramel dip, or sprinkled with cinnamon and Stevia.

6. Whole wheat bread- LOVE BREAD. By itself, baked for healthier croutons, for toast, for a sandwich.

7. Plain Yogurt- Mixed with cherries or sugar-free pie filling and  packet of Stevia.

8. Tofu- Never tried it. Want to though!

13. Can of soup- Any brand with low-sodium chicken and rice, or vegetable. 

14. Frozen meal- Healthy Choice Country Herb Chicken.

15. Salad dressing- Ken's Balsamic Vinaigrette spritzer.

1. Brown Rice: Nothing. I'm sorry I do not eat rice. I worked at a Thai restaurant for a year and all I ate was rice lol.

2. A bowl of spring mix: Top it with a quorn chickn' cutlet with some hommus, green peppers and maybe reduced fat feta if it's in the fridge lol

3. Peanut butter: Put it on light wheat bread with sugar free jam or make a shake with it using a tbps, 1/2 c bryers no sugar added vanilla double churned ice cream and 2 tbps of Hershey's s/f chocolate syrup

4. Hummus: Dip baby carrots in it or cubes of steamed cold tofu. Use it as a spread on a carrot and green bean wrap!

5. Sliced Apples: Sprinkle some cinnamon and splenda on them and pop them in the microwave for like 45 seconds, it's like instant apple pie filling!

6. Whole wheat bread: Make a grilled cheese using laughing cow light swiss, f/f mozzarella and frank's red hot!

7. Plain Yogurt: Toss in some frozen berries and splenda 

8. Tofu: Make tofu sloppy Joe's!!!!

3. Peanut butter - plain. on a spoon, or with pretzel

20. Kids/Sugary Cereal - Lucky Charm

Your given the following ingredients what do you prepare  or eat with them:

1. Brown Rice - don't really like rice...but I'd probably mix it up with some tofu, bell peppers, broccoli, waterchesnuts, and call it homemade take out.

2. A bowl of spring mix - Add beans, tofu, baby carrots, avocado, tomato, cucumber, and raw bell pepper.

3. Peanut butter - Big spoonful PB + granola or muesli+ cottage cheese mixed with applesauce + mixed dried berries = no bake cookie in a bowl for breakfast. Or just on sprouted grain bread with cherry jam, along with fresh veggies and dip.

4. Hummus - On a sandwich with sliced apple. side of raw veggies, remainder of apple and dip.

5. Sliced Apples - besides the above, Birchermuesli. Oats soaked over night in OJ, mixed with sliced/chopped apple, almonds, and yogurt in the morning.  Or with PB and yogurt or cottage cheese.

6. Whole wheat bread - avocado sandwiches. With cucumber and sprouts. Alongside fruit, extra veggies, cottage cheese.

7. Plain Yogurt - add honey, crumbled granola bar (or raw foods bar), flaked coconut.

8. Tofu - slice, place on pita with hummus or avocado spread on top, sun dried tomatoes and baby spinach.

9. A carton of icecream - Edy'

10. A box of cereal - Dorset Berries n Cherrie

11. Bag of frozen vegetables - Birdseye broccoli floret

12. Box of crackers -  I don't really do crackers. I'd by Townhouse for my mom.

13. Can of soup - Amy'

14. Frozen meal - Amy's non dairy blackbean burrito

15. Salad dressing - Trader Joe's vinagrette

18. Baked good from the bakery department: Honestly? Raisin Bran muffins. Sounds silly, but they are actually my favorite. Second to that, blueberry or perhaps apple cinnamon.

19. Dip or spread (ie: Ranch dip) Dip - hummus. Spread - cherry jam

20. Kids/Sugary Cereal - My top three would be Kix, Frosted Mini Wheats, and Honeycomb.

 

Since I LOVE surveys, cant sleep and need something to do I figured why not have some fun and create a new survey to fill out.

1. Brown Rice- grilled marinated chicken breasts with steamed broccoli and a little soy sauce OR Shrimp stir fry

2. A bowl of spring mix- Mexican chicken salad with grilled chicken breast strips, salsa, peppers,  and either black or pinto beans (maybe a mix of both)

3. Peanut butter- sliced apples, put a tbsp in oatmeal or half a whole wheat bagel

4. Hummus- baby carrots or in a wrap with lettuce, grilled chicken and tomatoes

5. Sliced Apples - again dipped in PB or just plain

6. Whole wheat bread- toast it and it eat with scrambled egg whites and sauteed mushrooms

7. Plain Yogurt- mix it with some chocolate whey protein, ice and a banana. BLEND IT!

8. Tofu- stir fry... that's the only way i'll eat it

9. A carton of icecream- Edy's Loaded Cookies and Cream

10. A box of cereal- AllBran Whole Wheat Flakes

11. Bag of frozen vegetables- Broccoli Florets, usually form trader joes

12. Box of crackers- reduced fat wheat thins

13. Can of soup - campbell's healthy harvest light vegetable and pasta

14. Frozen meal- ehhhh don't really buy em

15. Salad dressing- The one's in the spray botlein all different falvors!

19. Dip or spread (ie: Ranch dip)- Spinach and Artichoke Dip or 7 layer dip

20. Kids/Sugary Cereal- cookie crisp or golden grahams

1. Brown Rice - with lentils or sweet/sour chicken

2. A bowl of spring mix - not a big salad eater

3. Peanut butter - the sliced apples listed below

4. Hummus - carrots

5. Sliced Apples - sharp cheddar cheese or peanut butter

6. Whole wheat bread - sardines or poached egg

7. Plain Yogurt - pomegranate seeds and a touch of honey

8. Tofu - Miso soup

Your in the grocery store and have to purchase the following items, what flavor, brand etc do you choose:

9. A carton of ice cream - Haven't found one that isn't too sweet and I don't touch anything artificially sweetened.

10. A box of cereal - don't touch the stuff

11. Bag of frozen vegetables - chopped spinach, brussel sprouts, steam fresh veggie mixes, really anything that doesn't come with "extras" (salt/sauce/etc)

12. Box of crackers - Hazelnut Nut Thin

13. Can of soup - Campbell's chicken noodle - love the stuff

14. Frozen meal - Lean cuisine spinach and mushroom pizza

15. Salad dressing - don't use it

20. Kids/Sugary Cereal: Ewwwww

4. Hummus not a fan, really.

5. Sliced Apples warm in the microwave with some brown sugar and cinnamon

6. Whole wheat bread turkey and cheese sandwich with baby spinach and tomato

7. Plain Yogurt mix with berries and freeze until it's like ice cream

8. Tofu never tried it.
