what is your "trouble" food?
Like, what food do you have an extra hard time saying no to?
I get sick after sweets, so they're not a problem for me.
Mine are:
Dr. Pepper - a total life long addiction
Pizza rolls - I just can't explain how disgustingly addicting these little pockets of fat are.
and white rice - I used to think "oh, its healthy!" my favorite food ever. And very high in calories too. I used to eat 2 or more cups a day. ugh.
Sometimes I wish they were never invented.
So what are yours, and how do you resist the urge?
haha, I recently discovered these fried chicken nugget things. Wish I never did....
cookies -- who eats one?! -- don't bake them
chocolate & pb -- literally can eat half a jar in no time -- keep it out of the house
salty snacks -- cheez-its, goldfish, wheat thins, triscuits -- out of the house
all chips -- i think i just love the crunch or something -- only buy snack bags (maybe 99cent-size), because i know i'll eat the whole thing anyway
fruit -- if i'm not careful, i'll eat 4 servings in one sitting. too much of a good thing becomes a bad thing.
pasta -- ooey gooey lasagna, ravioli, spaghetti, gnocci, everything.
cereal!!! -- kid cereals are the devil, because i will literally eat half the box, if not the whole box, when i don't pay attention.
now that i think about it...this list can go on forever...i think i just really love food. thats my excuse and i'm sticking to it!
btw, did listing all your "trouble foods" make anybody hungry? definitely did for me!
Georgio's Oven Fresh Pizza.
I swear i can eat and entire pizza by myself. It doesn't matter if i'm in literal pain i can't stop myself. :(
For me it's anything that comes in a bag or box, that you can set on your lap while watching tv. I have been known to kill an entire box of wheat thins or cheese its in my day. Also If there is a bowl of individually wrapped chocolates, like kisses or Hershey's nuggets, I'll easily eat 8 or more of them. I've also been known to eat mindlessly while watching tv, to the point where what I'm eating doesn't even test good any more!
-chicken strips (from anywhere, but especially Popeye's), french fries, fried pickle ((fortunately, i neither drive nor live near a fast food place, so this isn't really an issue when i'm just hanging around the house))
-chocolate cake, ice cream, oreos, brownies, bagged candy, cookies (especially those ones that are in every grocery store ever that are really bland but have about an inch thick layer of frosting and sprinkles on top) ((these i don't even buy anymore i used to get them on my daily trudge up to walgreens for a diet coke, but now i just take the 1.75 for my soda and leave))
-freezer food (like, i used to make and eat an entire frozen pizza as a "snack" after school) =O ((this is kept out of the house because my mom is on this really restrictive diet and none of it's allowed))
Most breakfast foods. Cereal, oatmeal, waffles... all that deliciousness. I'm very likely to devour an entire box of cereal or container of oatmeal (I'll even eat it dry) if somebody doesn't take it from me. ![]()

with raisins dipped in but i've had to ban myself from it...too many bad experiences!
Two words: pizza and cookies. I don't even LIKE them all that much, but for some reason when they're around I just can't control myself. So those items never enter my house.
BREAD! (whole wheat, white, cinnamon swirl, white chocolate blueberry :), any kind! I can eat bread all the time any time for the rest of my life and i will be extremely happy and satisfied! I love bread so super much! mmmmm muy delicioso!
Cereal!--> i LOVE carbs, apparently! But my top faves are
1.) Honey Bunches of Oats
2.) Honey Nut Cheerios
3.) Kix
4.) Kashi Sunshine pillow looking thing
5.) yogurt burst cheerios
6.) multigrain cheerios
7.) multigrain cheerios krunch
Definitely chocolate chip cookies, tortilla chips (woff down a family size bag in 2 hours), anything with chocolate in it PERIOD.
Anything that is really high in carbs, sugar, or salt, really. ^^;;
ritz chips. last semester my roommate had to hide them from me cause i couldn't portion them...
certain ice cream. right now it's blue bell mocha madness.
chinese food. pizza. burgers.
most of the time i can portion them out and eat them in moderation. but that goes out the window when i get stressed. ><
- sugary cereals with cold milk

- cake
- granola bars
- mac n' cheese
- cookies
- trail mix

i LOVE donuts. oh my they are just so good! i love glazed and cinnamon cake. cake donuts are seriously the best thing ever invented.
and i am addicted to chocolate. i have to have it every day, sometimes its imitation chocolate though, haha.
but..i hate chocolate donuts. weird huh?
I am in LOVELOVELOVE with peanut butter. Or I was until I had to make my mom stop buying it.
Seriously, I could eat like 3 or 4 peanut butter and banana sandwiches in a sitting. At first, I used to buy it to "test" myself and for the first few days, I'd limit myself to one tbsp but by the end of the third day, the entire thing would be GONE.
That, and cheesecake.
