Trouble logging activity levels. Advice?

Hey everyone. I've been a  memeber for a while now but I'm still having some trouble determining whether my activities are "moderate" or "vigorous"...How do you all classify your exercise? I just can't figure out the best way to do it!

I am also having problems with that.  Because I exercise 5 days a week, but on the other two days a week am much less active.  Ugh, we all want to eat appropriately, its just confusing.
