Recipe Ingredients for TROUT WITH TOASTED PECANS
| 18 | oz (dressed) rainbow trout, cooked, net from 24 oz fresh |
| 1/3 | cup chopped pecans |
| 2 | tbsp. butter or margarine |
Recipe Directions for TROUT WITH TOASTED PECANS
- Preheat oven to 450'F.
- Season trout inside and out with seafood seasoning or salt and pepper to taste.
- Arrange in a shallow baking pan. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
- Meanwhile, in a small skillet cook pecans in hot butter until lightly toasted, about 2 minutes.
- Serve trout topped with pecan butter and chopped parsley. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
