I am sitting on my sofa (well, my BF's sofa) sniffing a jar of peanut butter.
I had a HUGE binge with this same jar of PB a couple of days ago. I ate half the jar after dinner, which put me 500 calories over my target! I decided not to throw it out, because then the pb would be 'winning.' Now i'm trying to make friends with it though.
I really feel like some at the moment, but i decided i am going to wait til tomorrow, then i am going to let myself have 25g of PB on (WW) toast for breakfast, with half a banana, and a tiny drizzle of honey. YUM.
me: 1. PB: 1. ... ok, so we're equal. but i'm counting this as a win for me!
PS - please dont suggest PB2. I live in the UK/NZ and i'm already jealous that i cant get tasty US diet foods!
you are PURPOSEFULLY torturing yourself? Stronger than I. I keep my PB in the fridge so it's hard to spread -- therefore I have to decide if it's what I really want. Took me a few months before I could keep PB in the apartment (at the first sign of stress it was toasted PB&J sandwiches on the house...)

You go girl and make that PB call you daddy!! lol! I totally feel your pain! I used to hate peanut butter when I smoked. In fact, the thought of eating anything sweet when I was a smoker made me feel ill. Now that I quit (3 years ago), my sweet tooth came back and I LOVE peanut butter. Its my biggest weakness. Good for you for winning that battle! I used to grab a jar and a pack of Ritz crackers when I binged and do a WHOLE lot of damage. Now I only buy the "Jiff to go" packs, that way if I feel the urge, then its only 2 servings and not like 10!!
I don't get it ! We can put a man on the moon but we can't make non-fat peanut Butter? Or at least Low fat enough so we can eat it and not feel like we screwed something up! ( and by the way it MUST TAST LIKE PEANUT BUTTER!) I love Peanut Butter and I do eat it when I work it into my calorie count put its kind of a pain to do that becasue then I miss out on other foods i want to eat and sometime during the day i get left feeling hungry. Anyway I liked all your comments so much. glade to know the somone elas has a peanut butter devil in there house too.
