I just took my first TRX class this week. I was recovering from a cold but I'd already paid extra for the particular class, so I felt I had to go. Since I was kind of sick, I didn't push myself too hard, but it was still pretty difficult. And boy oh boy, I was soooo sore yesterday! So I'm thinking it's pretty awesome already.

Has anyone else tried it? What did you think? Did you get good results?

Good job. I bought a pair of gymnastic rings, waiting for delivery now. I can't wait to use them.

I tried it once. I found it extremely challenging and I was definately sore the next day. But I found it hurt my knees a lot, and also that there was no way to sort of "dumb down" moves that I found too difficult, so I think I'm going to stick to weight lifting. But I would definately say that TRX is a great workout. Glad you enjoyed it!
