I've been pregnant 4 times (3 living children) in the past 7 years which has taken a toll on my body!  I would like to lose down to between 130-140 pounds, the weight I was after I had my first child. In order to do this I need to quit binge eating and develop a support system, which I'm hoping to do on here. I had this goal over a year ago and should have reached it by now.. keep making excuses.. but no more excuses, I need to do this for me and my happiness! I'm currently 163 pounds and would like to lose down to between 130-140.. no set date in mind.. I figure setting a date would make it feel harder for me to reach my goal. I need to eat healthier, quit the fast food and eating my kids leftovers. I need to possibly change my schedule around to not eat when I'm feeling bored or stressed. Hopefully with the support on here I can somehow find my way through my addiction to "junk" food and live a happier and healthier life.

hi  i know where you are coming from im a mother of 5 i just had a baby 8 weeks ago and i love my junk food !! when you are pregnant it is ok to eat it andas much as you want then it is hard to stop after lol anyway i want to lose 40lb i want to be in my 120's agen like i was befor my last child right now im in the 160's i think this group is a good idea

how about weekly we post where we are and how the week went we will take it a week at a time and i think we need to give are selfs teats for say 5lbs lost and so on it mit help with the temptations and the wanting to gie up !!!

staying in touch w/ our progress would be wonderful. What day do you want to plan to update each other on our progress?

well im thinking thursdays ?? what do you think ?
