I am trying to eat more to get my period back, which I havent had for over nine months, and I was hoping for some help with balanced meals.. what is a good calorie aim for each meal, i am especially having trouble with what to eat for breakfast and dinner without over or under eating, lunch I am usually set because I will eat a veggie sandwich or a turkey wrap.

I'm trying to gain and eat approx. 2000 calories on non workout days.  My breakdown is usually

Breakfast: 250-300 cals
Snack: 150-200 cals
Lunch:450-500 cals
Snack: 150-200 cals
Dinner: 650-700 cals
Snack: Whatever I have left, usually about 200 cals

My personal preference is to eat more at night.  My breakfast and first snack are pretty small compared to what most peopel would recommend but my dinner and evening snack make up for it.
I just noticed that you're a teen (I'm not) so you should add at least 100 calories to meal & snack to have a minumum of about 2500 cals without exercise if you're trying to gain.
