Trying to be good today but have an EXTREME sweet tooth!

Hi there-

having a sweet tooth day (Thanks PMS!!)

I havent indulged in anything yet, (Im just havot ing a Diet Swiss Miss hot chocolate @25 cals....) but I really want to!

I am going to eat dinner first, then prepare/buy something small and sweet for my man and I.

Any suggestions? HELP!

i love frozen raspberries from stop and shop they are the best and they are super sweet and sour. Perfect for a sweet tooth.

I'm addicted to popsicle sugar free creamsicles - only 20 calories a pop. Last night I was shivering in the cold and eating them anyway. Love that creamy inside.

Depends.. Are you indulging in calorie-count type of treats, or real treats?

Calorie-counting.. I would go with the skinny cow ice cream sandwich. They are delectable, and you can get mint flavored ice cream inside (YUM).

Not counting... I'm from Phila where we dip hard pretzels in ice cream. It's SO good with chocolate ice cream, or with neopolitan flavors... Sweet and salty!

OMG! me too! PMS big time!

I don't eat sweets or chips normally--and for lunch I had tuna with tabasco chipotle hot sauce & a little fat free cheese & tomato in a fat free tortilla. Then I had this huge urge for dark chocolate--so I had 1 1/2 little squares of that (Lindt chili dark chololate)  & then wanted something else spicy! ugh! So I had 1/3 cup of my roomie's buffalo hot sauce pretzel pieces!

So, the damage has been done I guess! At least I can work out later & eat a very light dinner. I go to the store tomorrow & will pick up somehting else in the event of another PMS emergency! lol

So, not much help for you, but totally relate! Undecided

I just went out and shopped, so now my craving isnt totally killer. got myself a medium tim hortons tea with milk and sweetner, which helps me too.

BUT I got these Chapmans Lil Treats... chocolate covered frozen yogurt (cherry vanilla and mint) and they are 90 cals!


So after dinner I will eat one of those and a 90 cal crispy mini pack and I should be good!

hey ughhhh im have the pms muchies too.... but im failing horribly.... on a good day i make myself a cup of tea when i have a sweet tooth.....

There are these mini merangue(sp) vanilla cookies I buy when I have PMS. 13 of them are 110 calories and they taste AMAZING! Also one of those individual jello's and a dollop of fat free whipped cream also tides me over. Oh and two more ( you can tell I really love sweets) there is this breyers brownie fudge ice cream that is only 110 and a small pack of  malteasers (usually in the international foods aisle where I live) is 180 but I usually just split it in half since there are quite a bit in there! Enjoy!

What I have done in the past is cut up an apple, sprinkle cinnamon and splenda on it, then microwave the hell out of it. DELICIOUS.  The apple has narutal sugar and fiber, the cinnamon has been proven to help control cravings, and its just plain yummyness for less than 100 calories.
