Trying to loose weight after 1st baby
Hello everyone! My name is Macey and I am 20 yrs old. I recently had my little girl March 14. I gianed 41 lbs during pregnancy and have I have lost 23 lbs so far. My goal weight is 120 so I still have 23 lbs to go! I have always been lucky and never had to diet or work out to maintain my weight. Now I am realizing how hard it is to loose weight! But I can do it!
Girl, I know exactly how you feel. My little girl is now five months old. I'm taking care of her and going to school and it's SO hard to lose weight.My goal is 128! I hope your doing well.
I am also going to school full time. Luckily my quarter just ended!! Unfortunately I have been gaining weight. My fiance doesn't like healthy food so it is a challenge making dinner for the both of us. And he loves to go shopping and stock the place with junk food! AGH! I finally put my foot down and told him we will only have a tiny amount of crappy food. We are getting married soon and NEED to drop as much weight as possible.
well my husband is the SAME way with junkfood and i knew i wanted to lose weight and so did he so he bought my the Wii Fit and its SO amazing. it helps so much an d I HIGHLY reccomend it, girl.
I'm finally losing weight...slowly but surely and when it comes to food..i just bought a crapload of lean cuisines and i eat that, yogurt, and granola bars. all the best to you and congrats on your future marriage

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
