Hi, my name is Paul from Puyallup. I'm 6-4 and 205 lbs. I'm trying to get down to 195. I run three times a week and lift weights 1 or 2 times on the off days. I eat well but think I may not be getting enough cals a day. I found out here I should be at about 2500, and I'm more like 1800-2000 a day on average. Also wondering how to tell how much muscle weight I have gained. I have lost a lot of inches but the scale hasn't dropped a ton as I would have thought.
