well, despite the fact that you are already at a healthy weight, so you really don't need to lose any, yes, boosting your cal. intake to 1200 may help you lose.

 yeah

but my school clothes are tight

and i know at 15 pounds lighter i'll be able to fit in them better :}

800 is way to low and is not healthy at all. I would say that 1200 is not healthy. Use some of the calculators made available on this site. That will tell you how much to intake and lose that weight.

 the site says eat 2200 calories
to lose weight
because i exercise three times a week

there is no way in hell i can eat 2200 calories of healthy things

i'd have to resort to eating cookies or soemthing

2200 is alot, but there are days when you won't exercise. You will mess with your metabolism if you do 1200 I assure you. Try 1600...That's easy to eat that much. One whole wheat sandwhich with low fat turkey and low fat mayo is like 400 calories. It's not that hard to get your calories in.
"there's no way I can eat 2200 calories of healthy things"
   Peanut butter, nuts. it's more unhealthy to eat far less than you should than 'splurging' on a cookie every once in a while
If you're only doing this to fit into your old clothes, us it as an excuse to go shopping or get creative and make something different out of your old stuff.  I do agree with the others though that you're not getting enough calories in your day, so just work on keeping a healthy diet.  You're starving your body, thats probably why it feels likw its need to store fat.  Get healthy and be creative!
If your falling short on calories there are calorie dense and nutritious foods like nuts, peanut butter, dark chocolate, avacados, or add a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil when you prepare your veggies or dinner.

You should aim for atleast 1200 calories a day, that's the minimum...and if you are working out you should add on however much you burned by "eating back the calories" You are probably in starvation mode so don't be surprised if your metabolism needs to catch up with you.
