trying to reach 115
Hey ladies,
I have been on here before and am trying to get back into working out since my miscarriage. I worked out last week 5 day. Two days were group classes and the other 3 days was cardio and a light weight lifting(5 lbs to start). I found a mag with a great looking routine. My plan is to stick with this plan for at least 3-5 wks and see what happens and gauge how much I like it. I have faith that this time will be the one where i get to where i want to be. Good luck to all of you in the same boat!!!
