So basically. I started at 160. dropped to 130 and now I realize that I'm not being healthy at all. i would like help to become healthy again and advice as to what I should be eating.

I just need some reassurance that I still have time to turn my health around as well as continue losing weight. I'm 5'6" right now at about 138 pounds, I also run everyday for about an hour.

You should definitely be doing weight lifting as well as the cardio. I do weight training 3 days a week. Most woman are scared of it and shouldn't be. When I started lifting weights about 5lbs, now I am doing 8lbs, I saw a drastic change in my weight. I went from 135 and now I weigh 110, and hardly any cardio. Although I recently began running again for heart health rather than weight loss. I believe that the weight lifting is waht made me drop the weight.

As far as eating goes, I love to eat. I am always needing food to go in my mouth. It has to do with boredom mainly. So I eat cucumbers through the day. I also munch on cereal, and popcorn. They are great ways to spread your calories over a long period of time if you are a snacker.

Another great thing that I got turned onto is hungry-girl.com. They email me almost everyday new low cal ways to get what you want with out sacrificing all the great taste. They even have great ideas for when you go out. One more advice is hold the dressing on any salad, or go with a non fat/low fat vinaigrette. Most salads with all the dressings can rack up so many calories that you might as well be eating a big mac.

I forgot. Another great snack that I just found is the LIGHT pringles. Make sure they are not reduced fat. The Light only have 70 calories in 14 chips, and they taste like the regular pringles. I usually have alternatives for food, so feel free to ask me.

Sadly, I'm not enrolled in a gym =(

nor would it make sense now since school is starting soon and my time would be limited. I do have a resistance band and some hand weights tho, ill try incorparating that. thankss

p.s.-- you have rockin abs!
