Well where to start! I'm a single mom of a 3 year, work full time and am going to school. Life is way busy and fast on track! I guess that's where I got to where I am now! 50 pounds overweight!!!! I had my daughter when I was only 18 and gained about 80 pounds after I had her I dropped 50 quick, and as the years went by I gained and lost, about 5 months ago my father passed away of VERY VERY unexpected heart attack, then not only 2 months after my dad passed his sister did of the same thing! So I went to doctors about 2 weeks ago, not so surprised I stepped on that scale and weighted about as much as I did when I was pregnant!! I can't lie and say I was shocked, but very concerned. I don't want to have my daughter have to lose her mother when she is only 22; I want my dad’s death to help bring something good out in me! I want to start living a good healthy life for him, my daughter and me. So here I am, giving it my all and trying to stay on top!!!
