Ladies, the dreaded time of every month a woman must suffer before menopause..My question is how much weight do you usually gain during this time and how long does it usually stay with you?

Hmmm...for me it's usually about 2 or 3 lbs but it usually goes again after the first couple of days of my period when I start to feel human again.  Sometimes my weight will go up a day or 2 before I start but I'll be back to normal by the end of my period.

I'm usually between 1 and 3 pounds. Its hard to tell, because I fluctuate a bit, even when I'm not on my period. It usually comes on up to a week beforehand, and leaves about 2-3 days into my period. However, that week before number is a bit iffy....

oddly enough I notice a loss instead of a gain of about 2 pounds lol go figure!

I gain about 4-5 pounds. It's a drag.
