Delicious spicy tuna salad that works perfectly in a low fat wheat tortilla.

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Burrito filling

7 oz tuna
2 1/2 tbsp light mayonnaise
1 carrot, shredded
1/4 cup low fat cheese, shredded
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
2 tsp hot sauce
1 cup spinach, chopped

Recipe Directions for Tuna Burrito filling

  1. mix the first 6 ingredients together in a bowl

  2. divide into fourths and place a quarter in the center of each tortilla

  3. add black beans and chopped spinach on top, fold up like a burrito

  4. heat on stove until warm

  5. note that tortilla is not on the list, I personally used a whole wheat high fiber one from costco.
