tuna......help
i need a tuna recipe thats easy and healthy for lunch.i have canned tuna solid white albacore. i'm up to any suggetions!!

tuna with lowfat cottage cheese, some lime uice, chopped celery, onion, and carrot = heavenly.

tuna is good w/ grey poupon instead of mayo or fat free honey dijon dressing instead of mayo
I love tuna with as many veggies, diced small, (celery, cukes, olives or pickles, capers, etc.) as you dare, plus non fat sour cream and a flavorful mustard. I don't miss mayo at all! Adding cabbage if you like it has more fiber than just lettuce!
I LOVE canned tuna... try these!!! Instead of fattening Mayo make tuna salad w/:
*mashed up avacado and tuna = my favorite! you can even use guacamole if you already have some... or add salsa to give some flavor.
*Salsa, tuna, olive oil = Mexican
*can of white beans,can of tuna, olive oil, and fresh rosemary (garlic or shallots taste amazing in this too!) = Protein boost
*hardboiled egg, sliced olives, rice vinegar, & olive oil = Nicoise
*Old Bay Seasoning, olive oil and lemon juice = Spicy
*substitute Mayo w/ Fat free sour cream, add chives or chopped scallions = delicious!
This is all really great on crackers, salad, wrap, pita, bread and tossed into pasta! If you want something that makes more of a hearty meal try this.
*One box macaroni & cheese (annie's natural), one can tuna, one can mushroom soup or tomato soup "healthy request" mix all together and you've got Goolash
