| 1 | can tuna |
| 1 | boiled large egg |
| 2 | tbs mayonnaise |
| 1 | pickle |
| 9 | sprigs cilantro |
| 1 | tsp paprika |
- Chop boiled egg, pickle, and cilantro and place in small bowl
- Open can tuna and add to bowl
- Mix in all ingredients and form into two patties
- Place in skillet with 1 tbs of butter
- Sautee only until lightly browned
- Serve atop toast or with crackers
