Tuna Patties Recipe

Tuna sandwiches taken to a new level!

Ingredients
1 can tuna
1 boiled large egg
2 tbs mayonnaise
1 pickle
9 sprigs cilantro
1 tsp paprika
Directions
  1. Chop boiled egg, pickle, and cilantro and place in small bowl

  2. Open can tuna and add to bowl

  3. Mix in all ingredients and form into two patties

  4. Place in skillet with 1 tbs of butter

  5. Sautee only until lightly browned

  6. Serve atop toast or with crackers
