Tuna Rolls Recipe

Tuna salad rolled in romaine lettuce leaves (2)

Ingredients
6 ounce of tuna
1 boiled egg, diced
2 tbsp sweet pickles
1 tbsp light mayonnaise
1/8 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup lettuce
4 cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp onion, diced
1 tsp mustard
Directions
  1. Mix tuna, egg, sweet pickles, mayonnaise, onion, and mustard together with a fork.

  2. Slice cherry tomatoes.

  3. Place tuna mixture, tomatoes, and cheese in a lettuce leaf.

  4. Roll and enjoy!
