Turbo Jam is a motivational workout video that produces excellent rsults for many who use it. I came across a website somewhere...dont remeber where...that had a Turbo's Addict rotational workout and I am chalenging any of you who use Turbo Jam to join me on this one month challenge. When introducing yourslef, pleasepost your starting weight, and then post your weight at the end of each week's challenge. I also want everyone to participate in the daily discussion about difficulties with deting, exercising, or life in general. This is a support group and we are going to support each other on our way to becoming thin!
