Turbo Jam!!

I just recently discovered this work out series and it's absolutely amazing! Some of you may have heard of it b/c I know it was on infomercials/home-shopping programs at one point, but it's sooo worth it! The start-up package is a little pricey but you get 4 (or 5?) dvd's plus a 2 more bonus dvd's and weighted handgloves. The price is $20 per month for 3 months, of you can just pay all $60 at once. I decided to go for it b/c it sells for that much on ebay so I could just sell it back. But it comes w/ a basic vid to learn all the moves, and some work outs.

It combines dance w/ kickboxing, and a little martial arts. It's such an amazing work out so get ready to be sore! The whole time your abs are engaged so it's a great abs workout. And I usually can't get through a whole cardio video but all these are so much fun! They're really intense, when I first got it I only did 1/2 the video at a time and worked my way up.

The trainer- Chalene Johnson, is absolutely amazing and really motivating! She has another video called ChaLEAN extreme which is strength training instead of cardio and I'm thinking about buying it as well. You can check it all out at beachbody.com :)

I'm 5'5 and 135 pounds and lost 1/2" off my thighs in a WEEK! Yes, a week! And my thighs are my problem area- even at my lowest weight (115) they were only about an inch smaller. So I had to share this for anyone looking for some good vids to add to their collection :D

i love turbo jam this is my third week. My friend turned her garage into a studio and we do something 5 days a week. body scupt 3 times, cardio party 3 times , 20 min cardio if i run in morning :)and i love tonys abs better than ab jam

have started with a trainer so will look forward to what she says about it all.
