Turkey Burgers Recipe

Makes 6 servings


My homemade turkey burgers.

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
1 cup diced yellow bell pepper
1/2 cup diced red onion
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp marjoram
2 tsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
3/4 cup Seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg
Directions
  1. chop/dice onion and bell pepper

  2. beat 1 egg

  3. mix all ingredients in a bowl

  4. form mix into 6 medium sized patties

  5. cook on the grill
