Recipe Ingredients for Turkey & cauliflower casserole
| 1 | lb. ground turkey |
| 1 | head cauliflower |
| 1 | onion |
| 8 | oz. mushrooms |
| 2 | tsp. garlic |
| 1 | can cream of mushroom soup |
| 6 | oz. mozzarella cheese, low fat, skimmed milk |
| 1 | seasoning salt to taste |
Recipe Directions for Turkey & cauliflower casserole
- chop onion
- mince garlic
- chop cauliflower, use entire head & leaves
- chop mushrooms
- use pan that is oven proof
- saute onion and garlic in olive oil until brown
- add ground turkey
- cook turkey until done
- add cauliflower
- add mushrooms
- cook until cauliflower and mushrooms are done
- add seasoning salt to taste
- sprinkle cheese on top and brown in broiler until cheese is melted or lightly browned
