Ground Turkey & cauliflower casserole

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey & cauliflower casserole

1 lb. ground turkey
1 head cauliflower
1 onion
8 oz. mushrooms
2 tsp. garlic
1 can cream of mushroom soup
6 oz. mozzarella cheese, low fat, skimmed milk
1 seasoning salt to taste

Recipe Directions for Turkey & cauliflower casserole

  1. chop onion

  2. mince garlic

  3. chop cauliflower, use entire head & leaves

  4. chop mushrooms

  5. use pan that is oven proof

  6. saute onion and garlic in olive oil until brown

  7. add ground turkey

  8. cook turkey until done

  9. add cauliflower

  10. add mushrooms

  11. cook until cauliflower and mushrooms are done

  12. add seasoning salt to taste

  13. sprinkle cheese on top and brown in broiler until cheese is melted or lightly browned
