is turkey chili with kidney beans considered a nutritous dinner?

Ha, funny you should ask this because I just made turkey chili. I put an onion, green pepper, ragu organic pasta sauce, ground turkey(chicken actually), light red kidney beans, and corn. The ground chicken got a D, but other then that it's mostly healthy (:
